Shipping Process as follows.
Once customer does the order and it is then completed. Tech Guy SA Will allocate stock and ship to the customers shipping address.
Customer will be informed on the due date along with a Waybill that is usually the Order number. Tech Guy SA does keep track of shipping to ensure quality. Should any issues arise the customer will be notified.
Shipping ETA’s, there are times that shipping couriers can dispatch earlier to the customer. There can be times where shipping is delayed for any reasons out of Courier Guys control (e.g Weather, Pandemic and / or Protests)
Should the customer require Shipping insurance, customer must contact Tech Guy SA before order is paid as there is a 2% (Ex VAT) fee on Shipping insurance on anything above R1000. Shipping insurance is on by default at checkout.
R1000 and below products comes with free shipping insurance.
