This M.2 PCIe Gen3x2 B+M Key to 5 ports SATA III Expansion Card is designed to use the M.2 NVMe slot on the motherboard to connect 5 SATA devices.

• This M.2 PCIe Gen3x2 B+M Key to 5 ports SATA III Expansion Card is designed to use the M.2 NVMe slot on the motherboard to connect 5 SATA devices. It uses PCIe v3.0 with 2 lanes (B+M Key) to link to the 5 SATA devices. This will allow for even greater number of SATA III devices to be connected. It is Plug and Play, no additional software or drivers are required when using Windows 10/11. It is design to support SATA SSD or HDD for fast data transfer and clear LEDs indicators for each SATA port for disk activity. The Core chipset JMB585 manage the 5 SATA port with port multiplier and multiple commands for simultaneous sending/receiving data both in AHCI and legacy IDE mode. It also support TRIM to SSD and is able perform at a theoretical speed of 6Gbps.
