Store Notice: Couriers November 2024

Attention Customers:

We have noticed that the courier we use have increased their pricing if not 4 times this year. With that in mind we have been “trying” alternatives and have noticed cost vs service on their end. We are fine tuning the service providers and pricing and trying to keep pricing as low as possible.

With that in mind as of the start of November we changed.

Local/Main City economy was R130 changed to R110
Regional economy Was R230 changed to R150

High risk areas have been merged with Regional economy
Express has also changed from R150 to R160 (Due to the increase in shipping cost)
Regional still has no option for express (its too expensive) *Edit* Reworking it out but with a min weight limit of 2kg

However we have noticed one or two things and will make a further change but try and remain competitive, yet keeping the service level. This being said we may increase it by R10-20 per service level.

We will be speaking to Reps in this week as well especially with the busy month. and our Needs are pretty simple good pricing and good time frames less delays of any kind.
