– Grid-tied installation requires prior approval from your local electricity provider (Eskom or your municipality).

– Connecting to the grid without approval may lead to penalties, disconnection, or additional compliance costs.

– Installation must be completed by a qualified installer/electrician and supported by a valid CoC.

– EcoFlow provides the required product documentation (certifications, test reports, manuals) to support applications.

– Approval outcomes depend on local authorities. EcoFlow does not guarantee grid approval or export permission.
