Conditions for price matching:

Please provide link to the stores page of the exact same product (i.e Same Name / SKU / Vendor Code)

  • The Price is Valid (Regular Price / Sale Price is valid and not in error / glitch / tampered screen shots) .
  • Only South African based retailers / e-Commerce. We do not match International Site or Whole sale Distributors
  • Must show in stock. (No out of stock / Call for Quote / Back orders)
  • No Opening Sale / Seasonal Sale (i.e Christmas) / Birthday Sale / Black Friday (Black November)
  • All price matches are subjected to Profitability check, we will not sell at cost or under our cost.
  • No Price match on stores with bad reputations (i.e one out of five stars for bad services and delivery)
  • We reserve the right to decline matches from stores with poor reputations and or Fraudulent sites. (We have ways to investigate as best as possible)

We will compare with the competitors checkout if any Surcharging fees added, Please note our pricing is the normal price while EFT is discounted at checkout as surcharging is illegal in South Africa. Click here for more information regarding surcharging.

If it is a physical store we will email you back requesting a scan of the catalogue page, must have starting and ending dates. You may simply take a photo as long as it is clear.

We may request EFT to match the price as card payments and BuyNowPayLater have fees when processing (These are paid on our end), in order to match the price.  Specifically stores with very low margins and or stores that surcharge the customers for paying via Card/BuyNowPayLater.
