Should the users use incorrect Postal codes may result in incorrect Shipping fees. These may be corrected by Tech Guy SA and resulting in payment request for the difference. i.e Incorrect Postal code resulted in lower fees.
Orders May take 1-4 Days to Process before shipping once funds have cleared into our account. Delays may occur (ie Stock may need to come from JHB to CPT) Tracking Number Will be mailed to you in some cases Waybill Numbers take a few days while in transit (RTT / Rhenus / MDS / DCB).

We will not courier out to the following without arrangement prior to the order as there are additional fees involved: Tenders, Chain Stores, Power Stations, Plot / Farms, Hospitals
3 Months Warranty
Although Vulcan Sim Rigs uses the toughest materials when building our Sim Rig, there will always be the human factor, that’s why we give a 3 months manufacture fault warranty, which is outlined below. We will require the customer to send a photo or photos to us and a short description of the faulty part in order to process the possible replacement.
- If any part of your sim rig is faulty due to normal use conditions within 3 months after purchase, we will send the replacement part at no charge to the customer from our factory.
- (Warranties) do not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper care or cleaning, repairs or modifications made by unauthorized individuals/companies without Vulcan Sim Rigs Pty Ltd express written approval. Warranties extend only to factory default/defect parts & not including fitting & void if tampered with.
